According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Municipality of the metropolis of Arak, in line with the development of smart services and reducing citizens' in-person visits, the Municipality of the metropolis of Arak has put the electronic submission system for map instructions to the Engineering System Organization into operation. The electronic submission system for map instructions between the municipality and the Engineering System Organization has reached the operational stage after passing technical and trial phases, and the implementation of this project is considered part of the development programs of e-government and the smart city. Also, by using this system, the process of exchanging map instructions is carried out entirely digitally, and there will no longer be any need for in-person visits and exchanging paper documents. It is worth noting that launching this system will save time and costs, reduce human error, and increase transparency in the map instruction issuance process. It also provides online tracking of requests for applicants and engineers. This system now has operational usability and will soon be officially used within the municipality and the Engineering System Organization.
