According to the report of the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolis Municipality, a group of representatives from non-governmental organizations (NGOs) visited the process of implementing the waste separation plan at the source in the city and became familiar with the implementation of educational and operational programs for separation and the assessment of citizen participation in the plan. During this visit, which took place in a friendly atmosphere and aimed at promoting the culture of separation at the source and reducing the volume of urban waste disposal, the organization's experts provided comprehensive explanations about the stages of collecting recyclable waste, the distribution of special containers, and the cultural activities carried out in the city. The NGO representatives also expressed their gratitude for the efforts of the organization and emphasized the necessity of continuing civic education and expanding cooperation between the public and private sectors.
