According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, concrete pouring operations for the foundation pedestals of the departure station of the Telecabin of the Darreh Gerdou recreational-tourism complex, along with excavation and rock removal at the final station on the Alars line of Kuh-e Sorkheh, are being carried out with the continuous efforts of the executive teams. In this phase, concrete pouring is being done using ready-mix concrete with a specified strength of C30 and controlled workability, in accordance with technical standards and structural drawings. Engineered formwork, precise rebar installation, and the high-precision placement of anchor bolts are among the main actions in this operation to provide a suitable base for installing mechanical equipment and carrying out the telecabin cable installation. The Telecabin system of the Gerdou tourism complex includes 10 main towers and two stations (departure and final), of which 3 towers have so far been fully completed. In addition, stabilization operations, localized excavation, and preparation of the installation sites for the remaining towers are also on the agenda of the executive teams. With the progress of this operation, the infrastructure of the Darreh Gerdou recreational-tourism complex has entered an important stage of development, paving the way for improved urban tourism, higher-quality recreational services, and the creation of a safe route for transporting tourists in the heights of Kuh-e Sorkheh.
