Third phase of knowledge management; mapping the knowledge landscape of Arak Municipality Faraji, referring to the importance of this stage, stated: In the third phase of knowledge management, our main focus is on identifying, categorizing, and mapping the municipality’s knowledge structure in the form of a knowledge tree; a structure that can provide a clear picture of the knowledge, specialized, and experiential flows within the organization and facilitate the path of scientific decision-making. He added: In this regard, specialized reviews in several key units, including the Legal Department, the Communications and International Affairs Department, and the Protection unit, have been placed on the agenda. The purpose of these reviews is to extract explicit and implicit knowledge, document expert experiences, and identify influential knowledge points in the operational processes of these units.
