The Deputy for Planning and Human Capital Development of Arak Municipality, while presenting the current status of training courses, stated that operational solutions are needed to remove existing obstacles and align training syllabi with the current needs of urban management: Empowering municipal employees as the executive arms of urban management is one of the important priorities, and our view of the training field must be strategic and results-oriented so that it leads to improved service delivery to citizens. Faraji also emphasized the need for greater synergy between the governorate and the municipality in developing targeted training programs and standardizing learning processes, saying: Creating a roadmap to enhance the specialized capabilities of personnel, as well as establishing modern organizational training systems within Arak Municipality, will bear fruit with continued follow-up and the staff's enthusiasm.
